Burger with truffle mayonnaise and ketchup

Preparation:
Grill beef burgers on a well-heated grill pan. Flip the burger when one side is seared and add a thin slice of truffle cheese on top. Allow cheese to melt. Cut the buns in half and toast them briefly. Lay a grilled beef burger in each bun, add truffle ketchup and light truffle mayonnaise, finish with lettuce cut into strips.
