Butter with truffles can be served as a spread or used in the preparation of various dishes. It is an excellent base for sauces and great for flavoring pasta and steaks. It will give each dish a recognizably rich truffle flavor.
Store at temperatures up to 20°C, after opening keep refrigerated between +2°C to +8°C.
Ingredients: Concentrated butter (min.99,8% milk fat), dehydrated white truffles (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0,4% same as 2% fresh truffles, salt, flavouring.
