
Cheese and truffle sausage bruschetti

Preparation:
Sprinkle bread slices with olive oil (from the olive jar), cut cheese into strips and place them on top of bread slices, bake in the oven at 180 °C (356 F) until cheese starts to melt. Place Istrian salami with truffles (thinly sliced) and truffle stuffed olives on top of baked bruschetti.
