Chocolate and Truffle Jam souffle

Preparation:

Melt chocolate and butter together over steam. Add whipped eggs, mix in truffle and pear jam. Slowly add flour to the mixure and combine. Butter and flour the moulds, pour in the mixure and bake in the oven at 200 °C ( 392 F) for eight minutes.

100 g Butter
2 Eggs
60 g Sugar
110 g Extra jam with black truffle
90 g Fine flour
