It’s time for one very refreshing salad complemented by balsamic vinegar with white truffles and olive oil with white truffles. A true sensation of taste! Try it!
Ingredients
Mixed young salad greens 200 g
White truffle oil spray 100 ml
White truffle balsamic vinegar 250 ml
Mozzarella 200 g
salt
Directions
Wash, drain and dry salad greens.
Rip mozzarella to smaller chunks and add it to the salad, mix and season with white truffle balsamic vinegar, spray some white truffle flavoured olive oil over it and add salt to taste.
