Hazelnut cream and Truffle pizza

Pizza dough: Dissolve yeast in water, add salt to flour and combine all ingredients into a homogeneous mass. Dough must rest for 24 hours. Roll out dough, spread hazelnut and truffle cream over it, fold it. Bake on the lower oven rack for 7 minutes at 250 °C (482 F).
