Pizza dough: Dissolve yeast in water, add salt to flour and combine all ingredients into a homogeneous mass. Dough must rest for 24 hours. Roll the dough and place truffle cheese and mozzarella. Bake on the lower rack for 7 minutes on 250 °C (482 F). When it it done, pour honey over the pizza, add slices of prosciutto and chopped black truffles.
