French fries with White Truffle Spice

Directions

1. Cut peeled potatoes into fries, place them in cold waterand leave sit for an hour. 

2. Dry with a paper napkin. 

3. Heat oil to 160°C and fry the potatoes.

4. Spice warm potatoes with trufflespice and serve with truffle ketchup and mayonnaise.
