Ingredients
Potato 500 g
milk 1.5 dl
Butter with white truffle 80 g
Black truffle grated 30 g
pepper, salt
Directions
Cook peeled potatoes in salted water, mash them by hand, add butter with white truffle, milk and chopped black truffles.
Mix well, add salt and pepper and serve with grated black truffle.
