Beef tenderloin is the most tender cut of beef. If you add truffles, the result is a dish with a sensational taste. Check the simple recipe!

Directions

  1. Cut up tenderloin into four identical steaks.


  2. Heat the pan slightly and add 40 g of white truffle butter. 

  3. When it melts, add the steaks and pan-fry them for about 6 minutes on each side.

  4. Take the steaks out of the pan, add meat stock, white or black minced truffle and remaining butter. 

  5. Stir for about a minute on low heat until the sauce thickens. 

  6. Salt and pepper the steaks, pour the sauce over and serve.
