Ingredients
- Istrian fuži pasta 500 g
- Tartufata 80 g
- Fine flour 30 g
- Butter 30 g
- Vegetable stock 2 dcl
- Grana Padano 45 g
- salt, pepper
Directions
- Melt butter on low heat.
- Add flour, stir, pour in some vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper.
- Add «fuži» pasta, previously cooked in the salted water (al dente), into the sauce. Cook briefly.
- In the end add Tartufata while stirring slowly and top with grated Grana Padano cheese.
