Chopped truffles stored in olive oil are very practical to use – the dish can be decorated with truffles immediately after preparation. To prepare the dish, use olive oil in which the truffles are chopped to get a greater fullness of flavor and more intense aroma. They are ideal for sprinkling meat dishes, carpaccio, bruschetta, pasta and salads and will easily be used by other gourmets in other combinations.
Store unopened at room temperature. After opening, keep refrigerated at +2°C to +8°C and use within 7 days.
