Truffles are great for making aromatic sauces and spreads, and can also be mixed into warm pasta or added to a freshly baked omelette. Whichever way you use it, truffles elevate each dish to the level of delicacy. It goes well with Istrian fuži and all types of pasta.

  • Store unopened at room temperature. After opening, keep refrigerated at +2°C to +8°C and use within 7 days.

  • Ingredients: mushrooms champignons (Agaricus bisporus) 62%, extra virgin olive oil, olives 11%, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 8%, white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 2%, salt, flavour, pepper.
