Truffles are great for making aromatic sauces and spreads, and can also be mixed into warm pasta or added to a freshly baked omelette. Whichever way you use it, truffles elevate each dish to the level of delicacy. It goes well with Istrian fuži and all types of pasta.
Store unopened at room temperature. After opening, keep refrigerated at +2°C to +8°C and use within 7 days.
