Truffle and Champignons omelette

Preparation:

Whisk the eggs, add salt and pepper. Pour the eggs in the mildly heated pan. Do not stir. Once the eggs set, coat the top creamy surface with truffles and button mushrooms. Remove the omelette from heat and roll it.
