Truffle and Porcini Gnocchi

Preparation:

Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water. In a large pan, heat vegetable stock, add porcini mushrooms and truffles and cook for two minutes. Transfer cooked gnocchi into the pan, stir untill all ingredients are combined, add grated Grana Padano cheese and serve.

130 g Truffles and boletus
40 g Butter
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
40 g Grana padano
