Truffle puree ideal for enriching pasta, risotto or frittata. It is prepared by mixing ground truffles with extra virgin olive oil. Of the spices, only salt is added to highlight the unique aroma of the truffles as much as possible.
Store unopened at room temperature. After opening, keep refrigerated at +2°C to +8°C and use within 7 days.
