Souffle stuffed with melted chocolate combined with truffle jam sounds pretty tempting, doesn’t it? Discover a simple recipe for this delicious dessert that will win you over at the first bite!
Ingredients

Extra pear jam with truffles 80 g

Dark chocolate with black truffle 60 g

2 eggs

butter 100 g

sugar 60 g

flour 90 g
Directions
Melt chocolate and butter together over steam.
Add whipped eggs, mix in truffle and pear jam.
Slowly add flour to the mixure and combine.
Butter and flour the moulds, pour in the mixure and bake in the oven at 200 C° ( 392 F) for eight minutes.
