Fresh and refrigerated products
Fresh truffles and all refrigerated products require insulated cooling packaging to preserve quality during transit. This fee is added automatically at checkout when a fresh or refrigerated item is in your cart.

Wednesday dispatch cutoff for fresh products
Orders containing fresh truffles or other refrigerated products are dispatched no later than Wednesday each week. Our courier does not guarantee delivery over the weekend, so orders placed after the Wednesday cutoff for these items will be dispatched the following week to ensure your products arrive fresh.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Applies to orders shipped to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.
Orders shipped to these destinations may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices.
Payment of any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees is the sole responsibility of the recipient. Zigante Tartufi has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country, product category, and order value. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
In the event that customs duties or fees are unpaid and the shipment is returned or destroyed by customs authorities, Zigante Tartufi is not responsible for reimbursing the cost of the order or original shipping fees.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse in Istria to your door.
