Ingredients: rice flour, salt, flavourings, basil powder 2%, lyophilized (dehydrated) black summer truffle powder (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%-same as 5% fresh truffle, extracts of rosemary 0,0015%, basil and oregano.
Dosing: 1/2 – 1 teaspoon, or to taste.
Use: Add spice to dishes from meat and vegetables to dishes with sauces and pastas.
